About Synthora AI Labs

A founder-led Agentic AI lab building private intelligence for the enterprise

We specialize in architecting custom AI applications tailored precisely to your organization — intelligent agents designed to automate complex workflows with data sovereignty and privacy at their core.

  • Data sovereign
  • On-premises ready
  • Any cloud
  • Agentic AI
Purpose drives our progress

Built on a clear mission. Driven by a bolder vision.

We are committed to making sovereign, private AI accessible to every organization — and to a future where every enterprise owns its intelligence.

Our mission

To make sovereign, private AI accessible to every enterprise — platform-agnostic, infrastructure-flexible, and built to multiply your output without expanding headcount.

Our agents run on your hardware, your cloud, or your data center. Your data never leaves your perimeter.

Our vision

A future where every enterprise owns its intelligence.

Organizations with full control over their data, their models, and their outcomes — running on infrastructure they own, on their own terms.

What are AI agents?

A superpower for your workforce
— not a replacement

AI Agents are not a replacement for your people. You still need your brilliant business analysts and Chartered Accountants — but now you can equip them with tools that exponentially increase their efficiency.

Tasks that previously took weeks — reconciling accounts, gathering research, querying databases — are synthesized in hours. Every department gets the exact data and insights they need, instantly.

Humans × AI = exponential output
Architecture & deployment

An architecture,
not a single model.

Most deployments run a mixture-of-experts configuration — several LLM and ML models working together behind one interface, selected against what the agent actually has to do.

  1. Input layerPeople · Applications · Data sources · APIs and tools
  2. Agent interfaceOne surface for every request, with consent scope attached
  3. Knowledge layerLocal embeddings · retrieval · access controls preserved
  4. Orchestration layerLangGraph
  5. Execution layerDocker
  6. Infrastructure layerKubernetes
  7. Models layerMixture-of-experts (LLM + ML)
  8. Human oversightApproval thresholds, observation firewall, immutable trace
  9. Business outcomeMeasured against the metric agreed before the build
  • Data stays in your environment
  • Model & cloud agnostic
  • Private by design
  • Built for scale, built to adapt
Deployment targets

One AI architecture. Any environment.

Agents run on your hardware, private cloud, data center, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VPS — or fully air-gapped. The same architecture in every case.

Deploy anywhere

Your hardware

Deploy directly on your infrastructure. Full control. Zero data leaves your environment.

  • Data stays in your environment
  • Model & cloud agnostic

The five principles in full
Security & governance

Security and governance, built into the architecture.

Six principles guide every agent we build. They are enforced in the system itself, not only in policy documents.

  1. Least privilege for agents

Each agent runs with only the permissions its task needs, scoped to the session and limited in time.

  2. Observability by design

Reasoning steps, tool calls, and observations are logged, so every action can be traced and reviewed.

  3. Human-in-the-loop for irreversible actions

Actions with business, legal, or safety impact above an agreed threshold wait for explicit human approval.

  4. Zero trust between agents

Agents do not trust each other by default. Communication between them is authenticated, authorized, and audited like any other boundary.

  5. Input sanitization at the observation boundary

Data arriving from external sources is treated as untrusted and checked before it reaches the model.

  6. Deterministic guardrails

Safety-critical policies are enforced in code rather than left to the model’s judgment.

Regulatory alignment

Built with Indian regulation in mind.

How our approach lines up with the DPDP Act and RBI data-localization requirements.

DPDP Act

Consent & purpose limitation
Personal data is used only for the purpose it was collected for, and agents are scoped to the tasks they are permitted to perform.
Security safeguards
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, secrets are managed centrally, and sensitive fields are protected before they reach a model.
Data principal rights
Access, correction, and erasure requests can be carried out across stored data, including derived data such as embeddings.
Breach readiness
Incident response is planned in advance, with the agent audit trail available as evidence.

RBI data localization

Data residency
Payment-related data stays on infrastructure located in India.
Tokenization
Sensitive payment identifiers are tokenized, so agents work with references rather than raw card data.
Backup & recovery in India
Backup and disaster-recovery copies stay in-country alongside the primary.
Third-party boundary
Payment identifiers are removed before any data could reach an external model or service.
Posture
  • ISO/IEC 42001 — audit scheduled 2027
  • Recognized by Startup India
  • Security architecture documentation on request
  • mTLS · RBAC · immutable audit logs
  • Air-gapped deployment supported
Team

The people who design and build the systems.

A founder-led lab of senior people in Hyderabad. No account-manager layer, no juniors on production systems — the person who scopes your system is the person who builds it and stays until it runs in production.

See a private agent
run inside a perimeter.

A 30-minute walkthrough of an agent planning, retrieving, acting, and verifying — all on infrastructure that never touches the public cloud — followed by the questions that determine whether it fits your environment.
