What is SID

A digital front desk
for the whole school.

SID is a digital front desk designed to support parents, students, teachers, and school staff through one simple conversational experience. Users can access approved school information and receive guidance for common requests at any time.

Student records, scheduling, attendance, documents, and administration live in separate systems nobody connects.

One agent across records, timetables, attendance, identity, and documents — integrated with ERP, HR systems, databases, campus kiosks, and regulatory boards.

How SID works

Five stages,
one governed path.

Every request takes the same path: it is asked, verified, answered from approved information, and handed to a person when it needs one.

  1. 01

    Ask

    A natural-language request.

    Ask a school-related question.

One simple conversational experience for parents, students, teachers, and school staff, at any time.

    • School information and FAQ support
    • Multilingual assistance
A request travels from the person asking into SID.
  2. 02

    Verify

Identity and permissions, before protected information is accessed.

    Select a user role.

Responses are role-aware: what SID returns depends on who is asking.

    • Role-aware responses
    • Governed answers
The person, their identity, and their permissions decide what SID may access.
  3. 03

    Retrieve

Relevant information from approved school systems.

SID identifies the request and retrieves approved information.

Student records, timetables, attendance, documents, and administrative workflows, from the school’s approved systems.

    • ERP
    • HR systems
    • Databases
    • Campus kiosks
    • Regulatory boards
Approved school systems feed relevant information into SID.
  4. 04

    Respond

A clear answer, or the appropriate next step.

The agent answers or guides the user through the next step.

Attendance, timetable, and assignment assistance; fees, transport, and examination guidance; guided service requests.

    • Guided service requests
    • Governed answers
Approved information becomes an answer or a next step.
  5. 05

    Escalate

A person steps in when the request needs school staff.

Sensitive or complex matters are escalated appropriately.

SID supports the school team rather than replacing it: when a request needs a person, it goes to one.

    • Smart escalation
    • School team
SID classifies the request and hands it to the appropriate school team.
System architecture

People and systems,
joined by one desk.

One request at a time: from the person, through SID, into the school’s information and systems, and back out as an outcome.
